So Young Plays Call the Office in London

London band So Young and its fans must be counting the hours until its Call the Office show later on Friday.

?

?So Young is releasing seven songs into the world. So Young may or may not be the best band ever. YOU DECIDE,? So Young singer, guitarist and songwriter Paterson Hodgson said in a recent online post.

?

The songs are ?about normal stuff,? the band said on Facebook

?

Joining Hodgson (once an Autumn Lover), are Chris Martin (More More), Ben Kehoe (Glass Thieves) and Andrew Dal Cin (Glass Thieves, Fire Horse, and The Mountain, The Forest, The Earth).

As for that ?best band ever? decision, here?s the thing: ?You only get to decide if you come to the show -- and you'll probably have to buy an album too, so you can listen to it at home alone and give some serious thought as to whether they are the best band ever or not,? Hodgson said.

So Young will perform Friday, along with the newly reunited The Bicycles (who just released the song Appalachian Mountain Station) and Hamilton's The Abbreviations. Call the Office doors at 216 York St. (at Clarence) open at 9 p.m., the show starts at 10 p.m., and cover is $6.
